'Afraid that Red Rum was actually a last-minute invitation sent out, and only some of those rogues made it, being bogged down defending Fryerbank from those devious DK13 militants. It was the Spartans who came up with Silent Night, and the PKA and as many unaffiliated murderous groups as could round up who participated, but the planners, all PKA members of PKA groups like the CGR, Spartans, Philosophe Knights, Flowers of Disease, and Sociopath Apostles that led it.
